It is the first private institution for support for returning to the workplace (RE-WORK^*) specializing in depression in Okayama prefecture.

*RE-WORK…It is a support for returning to the workplace for those who are suspended from one’s job or leaving one’s job due to mental disorders such as depression.

Facility environment

A space of relaxation, such as CAFÉ. Facing the Seto Inland Sea, full of naturel, warm place. Please enjoy Seto Inland Sea views, and seasonal flowers and trees from our facility’s footpath. We have a pick-up service.

The first facility of support for returning to workplace specializing in depression in prefecture.

Little Plus regards the prevention of return of mental disorders and re-suspension from work due to “depression” as important, and provides consistent support up to follow-up after returning to workplace.

Smooth workplace return from depression possible

Approximately 40 specialized programs correspond widely to the state of the user. It is possible to return to workplace more smoothly and surely.

Objective and professional judgment possible

Based on the opinions from the specialist such as clinical psychologist, nurse, public health nurse, we judge comprehensively from various perspectives.

Improvement of communication skills

Many people have the troubles of human relations, stress. You will review, correct and improve interpersonal relationships through various group programs.

Since it is a specialized institution, the workplace where you return will also feel relieved.

You can aim to return to work with colleagues who have the same troubles and in the same situation.  It is also possible to adjust the workplace environment by experts such as social workers.
